60 minutes — Comprehensive health history, postural assessment, and chiropractic examination. Treatment is not always included on the first visit; Dr. Heather focuses on understanding your situation fully before beginning care.
Follow-Up Visits
30–45 minutes — Focused treatment, reassessment, and home care guidance. Frequency tailored to your goals.
